Extent of processing of personal data<\/strong>
\nWe collect and use personal information about our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. \nAccording to \u00a799 Abs.1 BetrVG we are obliged to submit the application documents to the works council before each recruitment.<\/span>
\nThe storage of your data in the applicant’s history and the transfer of your data to a personnel service provider is based on Art.6 Abs.1f DSGVO (legitimate interest). There is a legitimate interest in efficiently conducting candidate selection interviews and avoiding multiple applications.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nIf we can not offer you a suitable job, we will delete your application documents at the latest after 6 months.<\/span>
\nApplication documents will be deleted from the applicant pool after a maximum of 2 years.<\/span>

Storage time<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of its collection. For personal data from the input form of the contact form and those sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation ends when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question is finally clarified and further communication is not required \/ desired.<\/span>

1. External links<\/strong>
\nOur online offering contains links that refer to third party sites (e.g., product \/ image movies on Youtube). We have no influence on the content and design of these Internet offers and the data processing that takes place there. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party data processing. 2. Matomo (formerly Piwik)<\/strong><\/span>
\nWe use the open-source software tool Matomo (formerly PIWIK) on our website to analyze the surfing behavior of our users. The software sets a cookie on the computer of the users (for cookies see above). If individual pages of our website are called, the following data is stored:<\/span><\/p>\n

(1) Two bytes of the IP address of the calling system of the user<\/span>
\n(2) The called website<\/span>
\n(3) The website from which the user came to the accessed website (referrer)<\/span>
\n(4) The subpages that are called from the called web page<\/span>
\n(5) The length of stay on the website<\/span>
\n(6) The frequency of calling the website<\/span><\/p>\n

The software runs exclusively on the servers of our website. A storage of the personal data of the users takes place only there. A transfer of the data to third parties does not take place.<\/span>
\nThe software is set so that the IP addresses are not completely stored but 2 bytes of the IP address are masked (eg 192.168.xxx.xxx). In this way, an assignment of the shortened IP address to the calling computer is no longer possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

Purpose of processing<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe processing of users’ personal data enables us to analyze the surfing behavior of our users. By analyzing the obtained data, we are able to compile information about the use of the individual components of our website. This helps us to constantly improve our website and its user-friendliness. For these purposes our legitimate interest lies in the processing of the data according to Art.6 Abs.1f DSGVO. \n(2) You revoke your consent, to which the processing acc. Article 6 (1a) or Article 9 (2a) of the GDPR and there is no other legal basis for the processing.<\/span>
\n(3) According to. Art.21 Abs.1 DSGVO objection to the processing and there are no prior justifiable grounds for processing, or you lay gem. Art.21 Abs.2 DSGVO objection to the processing.<\/span>
\n(4) Your personal data have been processed unlawfully.<\/span>
\n(5) The deletion of the personal data concerning you shall be required to fulfill a legal obligation under Union law or the law of the Member States to which the controller is subject.<\/span>
\n(6) The personal data concerning you were collected in relation to information society services offered pursuant to Article 8 (1) of the GDPR.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nIf you have the right of rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing to the controller, he \/ she is obliged to notify all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been corrected or deleted or processing restricted, unless: this proves to be impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.

10. Right to complain to a supervisory authority<\/span><\/strong>
\nWithout prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you shall have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of its place of residence, employment or the place of alleged infringement, if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you is against<\/span> the DSGVO violates.<\/span>
