The ceramic heater is interchangeably inserted in a temperature-resistant ceramic base and is fixed by clamping springs in the base and electrically contacted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\">The ignition takes place via <strong>air heating<\/strong>. Due to the special cylindrical geometry the air can flow through and around the heater, on the inside as well as the outside.In combination with an extremely high surface temperature of 1000 \u00b0 C, both in continuous and in alternating operation, the supply air is heated to the <strong>highest temperatures in the shortest possible time<\/strong>. With this ideal ignition fan very short ignition times are realized, which is associated with <strong>minimal emissions<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\">Due to the manufacturing process, the conducting path is <strong>completely embedded in a high-purity alumina ceramic<\/strong>. Thus, the ceramic heater\u00a0 is<strong> completely electrically isolated <\/strong><\/span><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\">towards the outside and the inside<\/span><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"> and the electrical contacts are enclosed by the ceramic socket. The glow starter is thus <strong>extremely resistant to oxidation and corrosion<\/strong>, extremely durable and resilient. Depending on the operating conditions, the heater has a lifetime of up to <strong>more than 100,000 heating cycles<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\">Another enormous advantage is the <strong>insensitivity<\/strong> of the hot surface igniter to <strong>overheating<\/strong>, as it can be caused by a fan failure e.g..<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\">Also keep in mind: Here you can buy directly from the manufacturer &#8211; installation set with a length l = 130 mm and diameter d = 18 mm, designed for alternating voltage 230 V with a power of 300W.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\">Slim heater <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\">&#8211;
