Our system components consist of assembled or resprayed plastic precision parts in combination with rubber, ceramics and/or metal parts.

Applications
Examples:
Control housing made of polyamide with injected vision panel made of polycarbonate for laser alignment devices. (Weight approx. 150 g) minimum distortion thanks to glass fibre – glass balls material mixture.
Switch levers for electrical low-voltage switch gears and locking units with locks made of polyamide and brass components. (Weight 50 – 500 g)
Complete sensor unit for flow measurement with flow rate reduction in an electrical water heater; materials: polyamide, PPO, PVDF, metall; mounted by engaging and bolting.
Complete rotor housing for spin boxes in textile machines, consisting of basic body and top (polycarbonate material), ultra-sonically welded, glued rubber seal, installation kit and label. (Weight approx. 280 g).
Complete rotor head for laser alignment device consisting of base and housing (polyamide) with 7 metall inserts and print. (Weight approx. 460 g)
Complete housing for electronic controller board of a washing machine consisting of base and top (thermostable polycarbonate) with mounted light pipes (plexi glass) and buttons (2-component TPE and PE). (Gewicht ca. 160 g)
